Aa, this is a very lovely drawing, and you've done really well with the anatomy and relaxed pose! (seriously, so jealous of how you drew those muscles!)
However, the only thing if I may suggest is to take a look at that right (his left) elbow and wrist, which looks to be awkwardly positioned. Besides that, the boy looks like he's teetering off balance, but that can be adjusted into a firmer standing with a little Photoshop tilting.
